Sarah was awarded a BEd (Hons), specialising in Geography, from the University of Exeter. She began her career in Greenwich, then moved to Tower Hamlets, where she worked for 13 years as a class teacher before becoming SENCo, Designated Safeguarding Lead and Assistant Head. In 2012, Sarah completed her Postgraduate Diploma in Specific Learning Difficulties (SpLD). She joined Thomas’s Fulham in 2013 as a specialist teacher and has been Head of Learning Support and Enrichment from 2016. In her role, Sarah is responsible for implementing the school’s SEND policy, identifying pupils with special educational needs, and working closely with teachers, parents and external agencies.
